DPI Founder & Director: Colonel Pramod Kumar Badsara (Retd.) is an alumnus of Sainik School and was commissioned in Regiment of Artillery after having passed out from NDA. During the service, the officer, being a professional paratrooper took an active part in adventure activities like horse riding & polo, Hot air ballooning, parachute jumping and many other activities. The officer has served in Siachen Glacier and active counter-insurgency area.
The officer has rich experience in selecting officers for the Indian Armed Forces as Senior Group Testing Officer (Senior GTO) at service selection Board (SSB) and also joint Director (officer’s selection) at Army HQs New Delhi.
The officer has successfully conducted motivational lectures and preliminary screening for Technical Entries (for officer Entry) in Schools / Colleges for recruiting potential officers for Indian Armed Forces. The officer (while in service) has trained / motivated / guided/inculcated officer like qualities in other ranks from different domains to become potential officers in Indian Armed Forces through service entries like ACC, SCO, PC SL, AMC (NT & T) etc.
DPI Director: Brigadier Magej Singh (Retd) is an alumnus of Sainik School & was commissioned in the Regiment of Artillery in June 1974 after having passed out from NDA. During the service, he commanded an Artillery Regiment and a Brigade and was privileged to be the instructor at IMA Dehradun, School of Artillery Devlali and with the Defence Force of Botswana in Africa. He spent over four years as President of SSB and Interviewing Officer at Selection Centres Bhopal and Allahabad. He has extensive experience of selection procedures adopted in picking up successful candidates for the Services.
